The UAS Lab Kit consists of a self-contained workspace package designed to support the build, modification, and sustainment of Group 1 UAS FPV platforms. The kit includes a dedicated laptop computer preconfigured for UAS configuration, tuning, and analysis tasks, along with a large-format additive manufacturing system capable of producing airframes, component housings, mounts, and rapid replacement parts. To enable complete assembly and maintenance activities, the kit is furnished with a comprehensive set of hand tools, test accessories, and consumables required for mechanical assembly, electrical integration, repair, and routine upkeep. All items are selected to support rapid prototyping, field-level repair, and iterative design changes, providing operators and technicians with an integrated, portable lab environment to build, sustain, and adapt Group 1 UAS FPV systems.
