Each 8" UAS Kit consists of a complete set of Non-NDAA components required to build an 8-inch FPV small unmanned aircraft system platform for training, development, and operational experimentation. The kit includes a carbon fiber 8-inch airframe, matched 2807-1300 kV motors, and appropriately sized propellers to provide a stable and efficient propulsion solution. Core avionics elements include a flight controller, electronic speed controller, GPS module to support mission planning and navigation functions, and a 2.4 GHz receiver for command and control integration with standard ground station equipment. The kit further incorporates an analog FPV video capability through an onboard camera, 5.8 GHz analog video transmitter, and associated antenna, enabling real-time pilot situational awareness. Power is provided via an included 4S battery and secured using the provided battery strap. This kit is specifically intended for training purposes, allowing users to gain hands-on experience in assembly, integration, and operation of FPV UAS platforms. Non-NDAA components are intentionally utilized to reduce overall system cost and support the affordability and accessibility objectives outlined in Executive Order 14307, while preserving functional capability appropriate for realistic training environments.
